Physical Products

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take great care when packing and dispatching orders. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To help us assess your claim, please provide:

A description of the issue.
Clear photographs showing the damage, fault or incorrect item.

Where a product is determined to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

Replacement.
Refund.

Where a return is required, Ten Little Pieces will reimburse reasonable return postage costs for approved claims.

Please choose carefully before purchasing. Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to downloadable content, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or the download has commenced. If you experience technical difficulties accessing your digital product, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law if a digital product is defective, not fit for purpose, contains significant errors or is not supplied as described.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification or use of Ten Little Pieces materials, branding or trade marks may result in legal action.

Sale and Clearance Items

Sale, clearance and promotional items are not eligible for change of mind returns.

However, these items remain covered by the consumer guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law.

If a sale item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless:
