At Ten Little Pieces, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We take great care in creating and delivering quality products and educational resources. If something isn't right, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to purchases made through the Ten Little Pieces website and operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Physical Products

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take great care when packing and dispatching orders. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To help us assess your claim, please provide:

Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photographs showing the damage, fault or incorrect item.

Where a product is determined to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

Repair.
Replacement.
Refund.

Where a return is required, Ten Little Pieces will reimburse reasonable return postage costs for approved claims.

Digital products include, but are not limited to:

Digital learning materials
Online resources and toolkits

Please choose carefully before purchasing. Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to downloadable content, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or the download has commenced. If you experience technical difficulties accessing your digital product, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law if a digital product is defective, not fit for purpose, contains significant errors or is not supplied as described.

All Ten Little Pieces educational materials are protected by copyright, trade mark and intellectual property laws.

Purchase of a resource grants the purchaser a limited, non-transferable license to use the material for its intended purpose only.

Unless expressly permitted in writing, materials may not be:

Copied or reproduced
Shared publicly online
Uploaded to file-sharing websites
Distributed to third parties
Resold or sublicensed
Modified for commercial redistribution
Used to create competing educational products, services or resources

The Ten Little Pieces® name and logo are registered trade marks and protected intellectual property. All copyright, trade mark and intellectual property rights remain the property of Ten Little Pieces unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification or use of Ten Little Pieces materials, branding or trade marks may result in legal action.

Sale and Clearance Items

Sale, clearance and promotional items are not eligible for change of mind returns.

However, these items remain covered by the consumer guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law.

If a sale item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless:

The product is faulty
The product is damaged
The wrong item was supplied
The refund is otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
