Returns: If you wish to return an item, it must be sent back within 14 days of receipt in its original, undamaged packaging and in a fully resalable condition. The cost of return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Once the item has been received and assessed, we will issue a refund for the purchase price. If the returned product is not in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to decline the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items: For items that are defective, damaged, or sent in error, you may request a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs) within 30 days of purchase.
